Passion for football

I am a coach with the highest qualification given by the Royal Spanish Football Federation: Level 3 or UEFA PRO. In addition, I have trained to be a professional with specific knowledge in many facets of the sport. For example, I am a specialist in physical rehabilitation and rehabilitation. I have a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences and I have a double master’s degree in injury prevention and rehabilitation and in physical preparation. I have developed my own advanced and personalized training methodology aimed at progressing your physical well-being through improving your muscular and cardiovascular capabilities.

I have experience with teams and players in different training and professional stages. Personal experience as a soccer player and coach in Spain, both in the Canary Islands and in Madrid. I love youth football but my path is competitive and professional football.

Currently I stay active thanks to my business initiative. I manage my own personal training company: FIT ROOM in Tenerife.

My goal is international football. That’s what I’ve prepared for. I like to learn new cultures and languages. Apart from my native language, Spanish, I speak English and I am studying Mandarin Chinese.
